I am an insurance advisor with Sun Life under Cedar branch. I started as sales consultant for Pre-Need sometime in 2001. At first, I simply worked with Sun Life as a part time agent because I have a full time job, but when I closed a group of priests under the IFI Diocese of Rizal and Pampanga I felt its time for me to take it seriously to prove to my clients that my service is one quality service. I decided to quit my work in 2003 as In-house Architect with one of the Lopez’s group of company.
On August 2005, one of my young priests died at the age of 37, I got the sms from their corporate secretary, that Fr. Bonju died of heart failure, I immediately informed our office. I processed my client’s required documents and had it signed by the wife, After four days from the time I submitted the form to our claims department, I was able to deliver immediately the cheque for the family. At that time, my client left his wife with three young children. They could not believe that they will immediately receive the death benefit. My client have just paid a two year premium and yet plan has been fully paid by Sun Life upon death. What’s more, after maturity, the family will still recieve the maturity benefit.
From then on, I became more dedicated to share this ideas to the other priests of Aglipayan Church. That our company, Sun Life truly delivers the promise of financial security to the Filipino people. From small beginnings to great returns!
