My big 3 it’s time advocacy
1. It’s time for me to educate my self regarding the different products and services offered by the company and be able to share it to my co-employees, agency force and most especially to those people who have no idea about the company
2. It’s time for me to share new ideas or projects to help the company lessen it’s expenses by voicing-out thru lean TPM or chess
3. It’s time for me to be a responsible Filipino citizen also by being a part of Sun life community services (like blood letting, brigade eskwela, attending seminar regarding light energy saving and environment etc.)
