The burial cover can also insure the deceased receives the funeral that they might have wanted while, leaving money available for your family and friends to look after any other last expenses you will have left without them having to pay for them with their own cash.

Hi, Kristel!
Congratulations for being a loving mother and a wife! I believe that your baby inside your womb felt your deepest love for her. I agree with you. We should not only think of the NOW but also our future security especially if we have children.

I also felt the same fear of leaving my 3 kids permanently without any money that they can use for their daily needs and education. This is the reason why I save 50% of my salary since the time I started working as an employee of URC.

However, when my mother died last January 2000, I realized that my savings will not be sufficed to cover all the future financial needs of my 3 kids when I die at their young age. This is actually my personal advocacy why I got my first life insurance. The incident happened when my mother died of Lymph nodes Cancer. My youngest brother and I accompanied the body of our mother inside the morgue of Perpetual Help Hospital in Binan, Laguna. He left me for awhile to get the dress of our mother and when I looked at the body of my mother, I saw myself lying on the bed and not my mother. I saw that I was being cleaned by the "embalsamador". When I looked at the door of the morgue, I saw my 3 kids that time, crying and shouting -- "Mama, paano na kami?? paano na kami kakain at mag-aaral, wala ka na??" (My kids were in Manila when my mother died, so it was just a clear imagination, which I was so scared after seeing myself dead already.)

After the funeral, I looked for the life insurance plans that will give financial security for my kids. So, few months after, I bought my first life insurance plan in yr 2000. Currently, I have 3 plans and will buy again additional coverage this July since my kids are still young and studying. I am doing this because of my deepest love for my kids.

Because of this advocacy why I continue to be an agent of Sunlife since 2004, to educate Filipinos how important to secure the future of our families. I am very proud to be Sunlifer!

Thank you,

Hi,
I am Susan Vidal, one of Sun Life Financial Advisors. Last Saturday, I went to see the family of our client who was stabbed to death to deliver his life insurance benefits to his parents. He was only34 years old and got his insurance when he was 23.
The mother was so heartbroken about the tragedy. It was a time to minister to her and just be present for her and bring her son's thoughtfulness beyond his lifetime - the Sun life benefit that can help them in their needs.
Yes, It's time to take care of our families beyond our lifetime.
